Hi, I’m Holly Bousquet. I’m a proud mom, beach enthusiast, and lifelong learner who brings energy and purpose to everything I do. I’m originally from Western Massachusetts, and I’ve had the pleasure to live in several different states, each one teaching me something new about people, lifestyle, and what home really means.
My background prior to real estate was in healthcare, which is where I developed my ability to manage stressful situations with focus and empathy—skills that continue to guide the way I support my clients today. I value honesty, attention to detail, and treating people with the same level of respect and care I would expect myself. Whether working with first-time buyers or experienced investors, I always show up with integrity and commitment.

I was first drawn to real estate after purchasing my own home. The support and professionalism I received from my agent and lender left a lasting impression and inspired me to get licensed in 2019. Since then, I’ve bought and sold several of my own properties and successfully managed an income-producing rental for years. In addition to my personal experience, I’ve had the privilege of helping numerous families buy and sell their homes. To better serve my clients, I also expanded my knowledge by earning my Mortgage Loan Originator license, which allows me to provide guidance on mortgage products and financing options. I genuinely love what I do—helping people through such an important transition is both a privilege and a passion.
